Craig's Shell, Beth's Yolk!

Hello everyone!

The doctor gave us more wonderful news today!!! Our Lil Ball received their first A+! We were able to see the brain and the head (as Craig said, "Craig's shell and Beth's yolk) :). We also saw the arm and leg buds. Surprised to see that they weren't wearing any shoes from Foot Locker yet! There was also a very steady, strong heart beat beating at 150 bpm!! I have to say it was probably the best sound we've ever heard!

Dr. Ahlering released us to my regular OB, so looks like things are doing great!!! I sure will miss them there. They've been so wonderful to us!

Again, we are so blessed to have all of you praying for us and thinking of us. You will never know how much it means.

Praying for a Ball this Spring

For those of you who don't know, this is Harley, our bunny! He's a great bunny! When we're home, we try to let him run around and play. He is litter box trained so we're not having to pick up after him constantly. The dogs pretty much let him rule the roost. If Harley wants their food or water, they'll step away and let him in. It's quite the picture! He's been resting lately, you know, he had a very busy Easter helping the Easter Bunny!

What a sunny but chilly day we had this Easter! That won't deter our family! Eggs must be hunted! :)

What a wonderful Easter; so nice and relaxing! We missed Jack and the family, but it was nice to have Craig's family and my mom and dad all together! Although it was a little chilly, Taylor and Bailee still got to hunt for eggs! The food was wonderful and a great time was had by all! I'll post a picture soon!

Thank you for all the gifts for us and for little Ball! They are much appreciated and I love them all!!! You know us so well! :)

Our Angel has a heartbeat!

What a wonderful site; to see our lil Ball's heartbeat!! I cannot even begin to describe our joy and happiness!

We go back for a third Ultrasound next Tuesday and then, if all is still going well, will be released to my regular OB. I can't believe it! I've been spoiled with all the personal attention. Our doctor answers emails within hours and I check in at least once, if not twice a week. It's wonderful!

We know there are still risks, our bambino is only 6 weeks, 3 days old, but we have taken another step in our long journey.

Thank you again for all your thoughts and prayers. Oh!!! I'm pretty positive they won't be a Cubs fan Katsafanas family! We breed Cardinal fans here in St. Louis!
